GRDP của TPHCM giảm sâu kỉ lục trong lịch sử

 ác ôn liệu của Cục hoạch toán TP.Hồ Chí Minh công bố tại buổi họp báo chào làng thực trạng chi phí - cộng đồng TP.HCM tổ chức ngày 29-12 ghi nhận tính chung cả năm 2021, tổng sản phẩm trên địa phận TP (GRDP) ước đạt xấp xỉ 1,299 triệu tỉ đồng (theo rét hiện hành), giảm 6,78% so với cùng kỳ năm kia.

đây được xem là mức giảm sâu nhất trong lịch sử hào hùng. Dường như CPI bình quân năm 2021 tăng 2,36% so với cộng kỳ năm trước. Riêng tháng 12-2021, CPI tăng 1,24% đối với cộng kỳ năm ngoái.

ảnh hưởng của đại dịch COVID-19 đã khiến bức tranh chi phí - cộng đồng TP mang ít điểm lưu ý, những động lực tăng trưởng chi phí bị kéo lùi cực kỳ nghiêm trọng. Tốc độ tăng trưởng kinh tế GRDP của thành phố lần trước tiên trong lịch sử hào hùng hạn chế sâu hơn tốc độ tăng trưởng của toàn nước và các địa phương.

Theo Cục thống kê TP HCM, tất cả các thành phần cấu thành GRDP của TP.Hồ Chí Minh đều giảm, gồm Khu Vực nông lâm thủy sản tránh 13,68%, Khu Vực công nghiệp & kiến thiết hạn chế 12,96%, khoanh vùng yêu mến mại dịch vụ tránh 5,5%, thuế dòng sản phẩm trừ trợ cấp dòng sản phẩm giảm 0,43%, chỉ số bào chế toàn ngành công nghiệp (IIP) tránh 14,3%...

trong số đó, IPP ghi nhận ngành công nghiệp chế tao, sản xuất giảm 14,7%, bào chế và phân phối điện tránh 4,9%, hỗ trợ nước và cách xử lý rác thải giảm 3,8%.

thống kê cho biết thêm khoanh vùng Thương Mại chiếm 63,4% GRDP của TP HCM nhưng tổng mức nhỏ lẻ hàng hóa & lợi nhuận dịch vụ tiêu dùng chỉ đạt 822.592 tỉ đồng, giảm 21,9% so với cộng kỳ thời gian trước.

Đổi lại, tổng thu cân đối Ngân sách nhà nước lại vượt 5,2% dự trù, tăng 3% đối với cùng kỳ, tương đồng 383.703 tỉ đồng. Trong số đó, thu trong nước 253.281 tỉ đồng, vượt 2% dự toán, giảm 0,9%. Thu từ vận động xuất nhập khẩu 116.400 tỉ đồng, vượt 7,8% dự trù, tăng 9,8% đối với cùng kỳ.

Nguồn thu túi tiền tăng, theo phân tích và lý giải của thay mặt đại diện Cục hoạch toán TP.HCM, chủ yếu đến từ kết quả kinh doanh khả quan của những siêu thị trong khối buôn bán BĐS, kinh tế tài chính bank, đầu tư và chứng khoán & từ ảnh hưởng chế độ duy trì số giờ nộp thuế theo nghị định 52/2021/NĐ-CP, đóng góp thêm phần làm gia tăng tổng thu giá cả trong 6 tháng đầu xuân năm mới & cả năm 2021.

Bức tranh chi phí - cộng đồng của TP HCM cũng ghi nhận xã hội doanh nghiệp hiện liên tục gặp gỡ nhiều cản trở, khó khăn, mà thậm chí phải giải thể, phá sản, vận động tóm chừng kéo theo nguy hại tiềm tàng mất thanh khoản, nợ xấu ngày càng tăng.

Vì lẽ đó, những chính sách ban hành nên thiết thực, phù hợp an toàn linh hoạt, bổ trợ tái khôi phục hiệu quả & thúc đẩy khởi nghiệp, trong những số đó với các chính sách ưu tiên nền tảng gốc rễ số với Chính phủ điện tử và nền tiền bạc số.
